Stop Reading & Start writing

"I want to be a writer." (^_^) Huuu...tiba2 je kan hahaha...I want to be a writer since i was 15 years old tau..There are several reasons why.

Firstly, because I love reading but now I don’t want stakat reading jer I want to start writing too.. =p

Secondly,because I'm bored...I need a new hobby, something that can make me happy and have a lot of passion to do it..so my new hobby :reading & writing:

Thirdly,Maybe,just maybe...One day,who knows that I also can gain passive income dengan cara sell my e-book/ books.Being a writer allow me to work from home that made me work with minimal of people. Flexible working hours :24/7…
(Day dreaming la plak...heehee..)

Back to the topic,the question is what must I do to become a writer? Mencabar ni..huu.. I read one article about how to be a writer for beginner..(Semangat kan?? haha) The article 'told me' :: in order to be a writer :: you must write:: Sure.. I know, it sounds so obvious, so simple, that it seems silly to even say it. Sound easy right. So start writing.



I’m start to write. Write anything. Every day. Sit down in front of my ‘lappy’ and compose. I write without rules. Writing is like that.At the first place, I dont even care about grammar, typo or rojak kan bahasa, whatsoever..

I want made my blogs sounds like my personality voice.menda alah?? haha It means no one writes like me. My written must be sound just like me. The unique point of difference.

Write Like Crazy. The obvious way of getting around the blank page problem is to simply start writing. Write as fast as I can, even if it's like ‘rubbish’. Sometimes I write questions. Then write the answers to those questions. Sometimes I make lists. Once I start, don't stop writing for five minutes. At the end of five minutes, I don't have a blank page anymore..gagaga Then I flesh out the good ideas, eliminate the bad ideas, and re-order the content. This is much easier than trying to write (invent) and edit (analyze) at the same time.(sound too serious la plak kan...huuuhu..)

"Practice makes perfect." I guess, there is only one way to learn how to write well and that is to write often. A blog gives me the opportunity to practice the craft of writing.Thankfully I don't have to wait till someone's teaching me to write to get started. The Internet have it all. It's globally accessible, easy to use and its free. I can start writing on own blog (web log, or online journal pon boleh tau..)I set up my first blog using blogger.com — knowing nothing about how to do it — in a few hours. I was composing on my very own site.Start a blog on a topic I'm interested in, i'm writing about me & my life and set a goal of writing one post a day for the next three months. At the end of three months, I'll be a lot better writer than when I started..think so..miahaha...

But writing also need a skill. Without it, no one will want to read what I've written. Without skill I'll be missing one key ingredient: an audience. =)

"....a question will occur to you: "Who am I writing for?" It's a fundamental question, and it has a fundamental answer: You are writing for yourself. Don't try to visualize the great mass audience. There is no such audience. Every reader is a different person".

I'm not afraid about whether readers agree with me, or like what I say, or like how I'm saying it. Each reader is an individual, and they're going to respond to different things.

As for me,It's all about practices. Practices to be a good writer. A blog gives me the opportunity to write for an audience of one. Myself.

RICH DAD POOR DAD

Rich Dad Poor Dad is a book by Robert Kiyosaki and Sharon Lechter. This books talk about financial independence through investing, real estate, owning businesses, and the use of finance protection tactics.

Rich Dad Poor Dad is written in the style based on Kiyosaki's life.The book highlights the different attitudes to money, work and life of two men, and how they in turn influenced key decisions in Kiyosaki's life.

Among some of the book's topics are:

-the value of financial intelligence
-that corporations spend first, then pay taxes, while individuals must pay taxes first
-that corporations are artificial entities that anyone can use, but the poor usually don't know how

According to Kiyosaki and Lechter, wealth is measured as the number of days the income from your assets will sustain you, and financial independence is achieved when your monthly income from assets exceeds your monthly expenses. Each dad had a different way of teaching his son.




Critics:
John T. Reed, an outspoken critic of Robert Kiyosaki, says, "Rich Dad, Poor Dad contains much wrong advice, much bad advice, some dangerous advice, and virtually no good advice." He also states, "Rich Dad, Poor Dad is one of the dumbest financial advice books I have ever read. It contains many factual errors and numerous extremely unlikely accounts of events that supposedly occurred."

CASHFLOW QUADRANT





A large part of Kiyosaki's teachings focus on generating passive income by means of investment opportunities, such as real estate and businesses, with the ultimate goal of being able to support oneself by such investments alone. In tandem with this, Kiyosaki defines "assets" as things that generate cash inflow, such as rental properties or businesses—and "liabilities" as things that use cash, such as houses, cars, and so on. Kiyosaki also argues that financial leverage is critically important in becoming rich.

Kiyosaki stresses what he calls "financial literacy" as the means to obtaining wealth. He says that life skills are often best learned through experience and that there are important lessons not taught in school. He says that formal education is primarily for those seeking to be employees or self-employed individuals, and that this is an "Industrial Age idea." And according to Kiyosaki, in order to obtain financial freedom, one must be either a business owner or an investor, generating passive income.




*Four Quadrant*

Kiyosaki speaks often of what he calls "The Cashflow Quadrant," a conceptual tool that aims to describe how all the money in the world is earned. Depicted in a diagram, this concept entails four groupings, split with two lines (one vertical and one horizontal). In each of the four groups there is a letter representing a way in which an individual may earn income. The letters are as follows.
* E: Employee — Working for someone else.
* S: Self-employed or Small business owner — Where a person owns his own job and is his own boss.
* B: (Boss) Business owner — Where a person owns a "system" of making money, rather than a job to make money.
* I: Investor — Spending money in order to receive a larger payout in the future.


p/s: I think, this books its not about what we need 'to do' and 'to have' in order to become financially freedom, but its more about 'how to think'...which means that u need to change your mind set to differentiate between 'opinion' & 'facts ' by knowing to read 'numbers'... heee... kalau nak lebih phm what im trying to say, kena lah baca this books dulu...=)

Both of us love shopping and eating.We go to IKEA restaurant right in the heart of their store. The IKEA restaurant as a resting place for us to indulge our taste buds with the palatable array of Swedish Dishes and their Daily Specials pon ada. And all at very appetising prices too! Masa kat IKEA 'dia' mkn Swedish meatballs (RM10.00*) The all-time favourite Swedish dish that has captured the his stomachs, and i have a try and i'll find out why....yummyyy =)

My Mom-----> Shaliha A Wahab

She was God's gift to me. From her, I learned everything that I needed to learn in order to survive in this challenging world.She taught me the real meaning of love (outside of emotions) and forgiveness and patience.She was a mother who took care of all our needs.She was a friend who took time to listen whether I had a happy story to tell or otherwise.She was my teacher : teaching me the what's and what's not of this world and I can give her a ring whenever I need someone to talk to.I can only thank God for my mom because without her, I would not have been brought into this world and enjoy the life I am enjoying now.She never once raised her voice at me or disciplined me in anger. Even when I deserved it.It seems like she's can do most anything she's the master of every task.

My mom is typical mom who would wake up early in the morning to prepare breakfast for us.She's loves big family dinners & I can never resist Mom’s cooking.(Note 1)She's a dependable source of comfort,she's my cushion when I fall.She help in times of trouble and support me whenever I call.And even when I'm down and sad,she'll pick me up and push me through.Never too busy to understand to love me, and to push all other things aside,so that my needs won't be denied.Mom, no one can compare to you,without your love, what would I do? I love you more than you know, you have my total respect.If I had my choice of mothers you'd be the one I'd select!.My mom so gentle, yet so strong.The many ways she's show you care always make me feel I belong.She's patient when I'm foolish and will give guidance when I ask.I love her 'cause she's always there,to help me up when Life's not fair,I love her 'cause she's always there and to be my friend, to always care and hear my love story (doesn't matter it is a sweet or sad love story)To tell me, "No," when it's not right and to say, "Don't let the bed bugs bite." I remember telling her about the guys I meet and the guys that interests me..she will not say "NO" right to your face, but she's always tell you to think about things...give it time...learn to know the person..She's carefully make her point to me about dont choose a guy base on their look and because of money.(Note 3,4,5)


Note 1:Ada certain things cara dia wat kn hati ni tersentuh.Tq mak sbb setiap pg sebelum org g keja, mak wat kn breakfast, sedia kn bekal utk org bwk g keja, n nescafe segelas. So sweet of u bila mak xlupa letak ice cube sekali.Tq mak sbb setiap kali lin balik keja, lin dah tau soalan pertama mak ape...."Lin, dah mkn? or Lin nk mkn?" =) n then mak hidang mknn...

Note2: I can see in your eyes that u proud of me because 4 kali lin dpt DL even u said that its ok for me x dpt DL, just lulus pon xpe.

Note3: There was a moment that i always remember,memang slalu mak jaga n risau kalau lin sakit (masa athma or period pain).Mak mmg akan bngun mlm2 bg ubat..tp paling lin ingat ada satu hari tu..kul 3-4 pagi..mak bangun sbb dgr org vomit teruk. Mak bangun bg ubat n bg air...mak duduk sebelah urut2 lin. Mak kejut abah minta anta org g klinik.I still remember your face at that time, it shows how much u worried about me. Only u know nape lin jd mcm tu, sbb heartbreak.3month like a hell for me but u're there always b by myside until my wound healed.

Note 4: one more things,Tq for giving me RM100 everyweek, eventhough mak suri rumah sepenuh masa, mak ttp bg duit bg "allowance" for me.Bukan sbb jumlah duit tu or sbb duit tu made me wanna say thanks, it just im notice that mak bg bcoz mak nk lin ada life utk kuar hang out ngan kwn2, bli baju yg lin minat, mkn kat luar ngan kwn2 g tgk movie, etc. It shows how much u wanna see me happy.

Note 5:U were not only a great mother, but also a wonderful wife.I see many sweet things u do for abah.Since i was a kid, i made a wish i when i grow up n get married, i want to do the same thing for my husband, want to treat him just like the way u treat abah...


I am grateful for every minute I have spent with her & she is still alive so that i grow up with her true & eternity love. I love you Mama. You are the best in my heart.
