Vision without action is a daydream.Action with without vision is a nightmare.

Dream and goal.
A dream is just a dream. A goal is a dream with a plan and a deadline.The secret to productive goal setting is in establishing clearly defined goals, writing them down and then focusing on them several times a day with words, pictures and emotions as if we've already achieved them.The victory of success is half won when one gains the habit of setting goals and achieving them.You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.The reason most people never reach their goals is that they don't define them, learn about them or even seriously consider them as believable or achievable. The more reasons you have for achieving your goal, the more determined you will become. One half of knowing what you want is knowing what you must give up before you get it.

Plan
Shoot for the moon.Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars.It means set a high standard or goal,hope for the best and prepare for the worst.Know your limits, but never stop trying to exceed them. You must have long-range goals to keep you from being frustrated by short-range failures.

A goal is a dream with a deadline.Goals are dreams we convert to plans and take action to fulfill.You control your future, your destiny. What you think about comes about. Winners can tell you where they are going, what they plan to do along the way, and who will be sharing the adventure with them.By recording your dreams and goals on paper, you set in motion the process of becoming the person you most want to be.

Providence seldom vouchsafes to mortals any more than just that degree of encouragement which suffices to keep them at a reasonably full exertion of their powers.

Success depends on getting good at saying no without feeling guilty. You cannot get ahead with your own goals if you are always saying yes to someone else’s projects. You can only get ahead with your desired lifestyle if you are focused on the things that will produce that lifestyle.

When defeat comes, accept it as a signal that your plans are not sound, rebuild those plans, and set sail once more toward your coveted goal.

Adapt or perish. Now as ever. Its nature inexorable imperative.Life just like a dance.When you dance, your purpose is not to get to a certain place on the floor. It's to enjoy each step along the way.You will encounter many distractions and many temptations to put your goal aside: The security of a job, a wife who wants kids, whatever. But if you hang in there, always following your vision, I have no doubt you will succeed.

This is a story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody. There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that, because it was Everybody's job. Everybody thought Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it. It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anyone could have.
