4. GNC + Milk (1st Intake Before 10pm)

5. Multivitamin

6. Exercise - (Skipping 25x / Dumbbell 50x / Crunch Trainer 100x / Rubber Band 25x )

7. GNC + Milk (2nd Intake After 10pm)
